Pictet has been in contact since October 2012 with the US authorities concerning its wealth management business with US clients.

In that context, Pictet has provided information and supporting documentation that demonstrates, in its view, its compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to it. It has been fully cooperative with the US Authorities' investigation, which is continuing.

Pictet is not in a position to assess when a resolution of the matter will take place.
