Banks, brokers, nominees

Please provide the Bank with the following documents if you qualify as an intermediary. Banks, brokers and nominees are usually considered as acting as intermediaries (tax transparent)

Intermediary acting as a Qualified Intermediary

Form W-8IMY

Select your Pictet Booking Centre

  • Use this form if the entity holding the account is acting as intermediary or nominee.

Note: Please provide in addition to the W-8IMY with a withholding statement containing the withholding rate pool allocation.

Intermediary acting as a Non-Qualified Intermediary

Form W-8IMY

  • Use this form if the entity holding the account is acting as intermediary or nominee.

Form Tax status for Individuals

Select your Pictet Booking Centre

  • Complete one form for each beneficial owner that is an individual and listed on the Withholding Statement.

Note: Please provide in addition to the W-8IMY with a withholding statement containing the withholding rate pool allocation and a bank secrecy waiver for Non-Qualified intermediaries.
