About Stéphanie Lair Crommen
Since January 2020 Stephanie has held the role of Head of Wealth Solutions. The newly established Wealth Solutions offering/team encompasses the Wealth Planning, Family Governance, Philanthropy Services, Private Funds and Credit teams.
She joined Pictet after 25 years with BNP Paribas Group, where she held various positions related to Credit and Financial Markets (Equity Derivatives structuring and sales and Head of Wealth Management Structured Products amongst others). During her time at BNPP, Stephanie spent 7 years in Asia as Regional Head of Investments Services then Head of Southeast Asian Markets. She was appointed to the BNP Wealth Management Executive Committee in 2016 in charge of Human Resources and Business Transformation.
Stephanie is a global citizen having grown up in Central Africa. She graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and Paris Dauphine University and has an executive training certificate from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
